Arcep is in charge of distributing and allocating the different frequency bands of the electromagnetic spectrum.
From a database provided by Arcep, our mission consisted in producing a tool to research support for professionals, on the one hand, it also present to the general public the waves and frequencies that surround them.
Having an obligation of transparency towards the general public on allocation decisions taken at European level. How to display scientific and technical data to make it accessible to the general public?
So we had to take this ambivalence into account and produce a product that was in line with the expectations of a professional and a novice.

The tool design solution
The "E-Spectre" website is builded special to expert of frequencies which able to visually transcribe complex data (while remaining technical and precise).and define different entry points according to the level of knowledge of the users: the expert and the general public.
The overall functionality of the website will be composed of the following modules ：
The experts:
(1) Search tool - Recover the dataset of frequency bands and their fields of application, and create a representation that highlights the different areas.
The general public:
(1) Presentation video - Introduction tools, mainly inclined to guide the public entrance;
(2) Example of life around in the specified scene - test version ( it can be changed for adapt to the needs of market strategy).
