Platform MyCareer Portal

This project is a Human Resources Career Platform digital project "myCareer Portal" - myCareer.slb.com. This is the project to completely overhaul an internal mobility platform, it specializes in intermediation and human resources to help employees manage their careers.


Career experience provides employees with a compass that allows them to track their growth and progress within our dynamic organization. The portal must align with the digital future of society by emphasizing the skills and experience acquired by employees throughout their career, by changing the mindset of employees and managers towards growth-oriented career development.

​For understand this projet, there are a brief presentation of the "myCareer Portal" tool to all employees in schlumberger, which is to encourage employees to use the new career management system in a dynamic way.

The design solution

The new "myCareer Portal" website is designed to allow employees to save study and career experiences, job preferences, career considerations and other aspects of career planning. The Human Resources department can thus better understand employees, give them career advice and offer them new career opportunities.

Therefore, the overall functionality of the website will be composed of the following modules, in order to correspond to the 4 main themes that we have mentioned below :

(1) Know me; (2) Inspire me; (3) Help to grow; (4) Let’s make me move.
